Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel or modify their order within 3 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are sent into processing and production immediately to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled, refunded, or changed.

Note: Returns are not accepted for items marked as final sale with discounts.

Production & Fulfillment

Many of our products are made-to-order or produced in limited batches. Because of this, materials, labor, and fulfillment costs begin shortly after an order is placed.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these production timelines and policies.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, or replacements can only be reviewed once the order has been delivered. We’re unable to approve return or refund requests while an order is still processing, in production, or in transit.

Once your order arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can review your request.

We only offer refunds or replacements for orders that have already been delivered and meet one of the following conditions:

• Items that arrive damaged
• Items that are defective
• Items that are incorrect (wrong size, product, or color)

If your order falls under any of the conditions listed above, you may be eligible for one of the following:

A full or partial refund, depending on the issue
A free replacement of the correct or undamaged item
